Project Description

Douglas Wilson Companies (DWC), agent for Receiver, was tasked to take possession, protect, preserve, secure and manage the property. 

Scope of Work

DWC engaged and managed the onsite property management company to lease the vacant units and ensure the property was well maintained. Additionally, DWC investigated a ground water intrusion issue in the basement parking garage, and accordingly filed an insurance claim and managed the repair.

Project Resolution

The property was acquired and the Receiver was discharged.
