Project Description

A master planned community on 52 acres, including 218 townhomes. Approximately 29 acres will be preserved as biological open space.

Scope of Work

Douglas Wilson Companies (DWC) has worked closely with the County’s Planning and Development Services staff and the Spring Valley community over the past year in the planning of this significant project.

Project Resolution

DWC is currently in the process of securing entitlements from the County. Final approval was granted in 2017.
