Project Description

The project includes two floor plans of four and five bedrooms, ranging from 1,708 square feet to 1,973 square feet on 5,000 square foot lots.

Scope of Work

Monterey Place LLC, with Douglas Wilson Companies (DWC) as its managing member, acquired the former Concordia Lutheran Church and school site in Chula Vista, California. DWC coordinated entitlement and managed all design and construction.
