Over a five year period, DWC sold club property and credited the proceeds to payment of the partnership’s debts. DWC also supported the defense in the partnership’s interests in multiple law suits. DWC preserved the property entitlements, maintained the facilities and coordinated the release of $9 million in subdivision improvement security. In order to prompt the sale of the property, DWC conducted a robust marketing campaign, which included a comprehensive due diligence package for prospective buyers.

DWC executed the sale of the property for $21 million at public auction.
