Douglas Wilson Companies (DWC), agent for Receiver, was retained to manage the property.

Scope of Work

In addition to property management services, DWC prepared and implemented a business and marketing plan for both asset and property management operations and coordinated $1.6 million in capital improvements.

DWC negotiated the lease renewal for 53,000 square feet.
