Project Description

Douglas Wilson Companies (DWC) was charged with handling the marketing of the “Best and Final” bid process for the $52 million Note secured by the remaining 202 units of the condominium prior to foreclosure.

Scope of Work

DWC completed a comprehensive review of the property status including entitlements and construction lien status and marketed the property.
