Project Description

Douglas Wilson Companies (DWC), as agent for the Receiver, was tasked to take possession and control of all real and personal property associated with the  development.

Scope of Work

DWC managed the day-to-day operations of the center for the District Court. DWC advised the parties on all tenant negotiations and marketing strategies.
