Victor Pavilion was built in 2004 and is a 24,500 square foot retail center anchored by Chipotle Mexican Grill and the Vitamin Shoppe.

Project Description

Douglas Wilson Companies (DWC), agent for the Receiver, was charged with managing all aspects of the property.

Scope of Work

During the assignment period, DWC hired new landscapers and engineers to increase value to the property and further attract tenants.  DWC retained third party brokerage services to provide marketing and leasing services.

Project Resolution

Project was completed and the Receiver was discharged.
