Two recent transactions handled by DWC’s brokerage division for private clients illustrate the team’s capabilities in tax-deferred, multi-market property exchanges.
$17 million sale of a Chula Vista, CA warehouse, which was sold and exchanged into multi-markets including a Salt Lake City, UT business park and a Dollar General store in Nebraska.
$6.75 million sale of a USPS facility in Austin, TX, which was exchanged into a Salt Lake City, UT strip retail center.
