DWC oversaw operations management for approximately six months prior to implementing the liquidation of inventories.  During this time, DWC administered a comprehensive forensic accounting and managed a receivables portfolio in excess of $50 million. DWC also served as the custodian of records and worked closely with various agencies conducting multiple investigations.

Once accounting and other issues were resolved, DWC negotiated and executed the sale of the business.
