Project Description

Burnham Pacific Properties delisted from the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and transferred its remaining assets and liabilities to the BPP Liquidating Trust. Douglas Wilson was named Co-Trustee and charged Douglas Wilson Companies (DWC) with performing an orderly liquidation of the trust and assets.

Scope of Work

DWC’s liquidation of the Trust included completing the sale of the remaining real estate assets, collecting receivables on the entire portfolio, managing outstanding litigation and settling unsettled liabilities of the Trust.

The liquidation was completed and remaining funds were distributed to investors.
