Project Description

Douglas Wilson Companies (DWC) was retained under a development services agreement to oversee all aspects of repositioning China Basin Landing.

Scope of Work

DWC coordinated the new planning effort while resolving numerous existing entitlement, construction and seismic retrofit issues. DWC also oversaw the onsite management team.

Project Resolution

DWC was successful in leasing the property from 70% to 91% occupancy in only 18 months before selling the project for $85 million.
