DWC managed the operations of the working ranches including crop production, harvest operations and fruit sales. DWC also provided receivership services including onsite management, human resources, marketing, accounting, sales, customer service, negotiating with suppliers and vendors as well as handling water, cultivation, utilities and environmental regulation compliance.

DWC fulfilled the obligations and responsibilities as required by the bankruptcy code and turned the property over to the debtor.
