Douglas Wilson Companies (DWC), agent for Receiver, was tasked to take possession of, preserve and maintain the property.

Scope of Work

DWC engaged in securing the property and managed and maintained the apartment buildings. DWC oversaw lien dissolution, fire damage insurance claim negotiations, and all construction management.

The lender purchased and recapitalized the property in a new entity.
