Douglas Wilson Companies (DWC) was tasked to take possession, custody and control of the business premises and collateral assets.

Scope of Work

DWC focused on resolving outstanding utility matters related to the City of Chula Vista and SDG&E. After resolving various building code violations related to the City of Chula Vista, the Receiver petitioned the Court for permission to sell the asset.

The Receiver settled in an auction style format and was discharged.
