DWC took possession, custody and control of the real and personal property collateral, performing the daily operations, maintenance and tenant relation functions. During the reporting period, exterior landscaping was updated and maintained, exterior window washing was scheduled and several repairs were made to the HVAC systems. DWC worked with the onsite building engineer to schedule elevator repairs and to honor the special request of tenants working on the weekends. DWC also coordinated the move out of tenant, County of San Diego.

The assets were stabilized, the servicer foreclosed and the Receiver was discharged.
