Project Description

Douglas Wilson Companies (DWC) was tasked with identifying investors and determining sources and uses of investment funds.

Scope of Work

In conjunction with the Securities and Exchange Commission and Federal Bureau of Investigation, DWC launched an indepth investigation to identify and aid investors, and determine sources and uses of investment funds.

Project Resolution

At the conclusion of the investigation, DWC dissolved the receivership due to a lack of real assets.
