DWC managed the general upkeep of the properties, secured and controlled access to the finished houses, and addressed environmental issues such as erosion control and water intrusion.  The company reconciled any outstanding liabilities associated with the properties such as property taxes and Association regime fees. DWC assisted the bank during the foreclosure process including facilitating appraisals and reconciling expenses.

The Receiver was discharged.
