DWC managed the 18 hole golf course, pro shop and food and beverage concession. As part of this process, DWC developed and implemented comprehensive business and marketing plans to streamline operations and implement cost saving measures. DWC also addressed key environmental issues associated with the wetland areas surrounding the course and preserved the property’s liquor license.

DWC preserved the property and its assets until control of day-to-day operations was relinquished to a new owner.
