A 328 unit condominium development located in the Metrowest community, steps from Veranda Park and Lake Debra, four miles north of Disney World and Sea World in Orlando, Florida.

Project Description

Douglas Wilson charged Douglas Wilson Companies (DWC) with sales and marketing, construction management, day-to-day rental operations, as well as consulting with the Homeowners’ Association (HOA) for the condominium conversion project. 

Scope of Work

DWC engaged and oversaw a third party sales and management team to boost sales and leasing efforts and reposition the development. DWC oversaw the negotiation of sales contracts with individual buyers, conversion of units and facilitated developer duties. DWC engaged and oversaw contractors and engineers on exterior structural repairs on all nineteen 19 buildings.  Additionally, DWC assembled all pertinent due diligence materials and assisted a third party broker with the bulk sale of the property and served as a Declarant representative on the HOA Board of Directors and Metrowest Master Association. 

Project Resolution

The property was foreclosed and sold. DWC assisted with the transition of the property to the new owner and was discharged by the court.
