As Receiver, DWC completed a comprehensive review of the property while investigating entitlements and managing the 100 employee golf and food and beverage operations. Following foreclosure by the plaintiff, DWC was engaged to continue the management of the golf course and the 136 lot residential community while implementing a disposition plan. This work involved directing brokerage activities, assembling due diligence materials, assessing costs to complete subdivision improvements and addressing homeowner association issues. During this process DWC worked closely with the planning and engineering departments in Placer County, California.

The property was eventually sold.
