Douglas Wilson Companies (DWC), agent for Receiver, was tasked to preserve and protect the property while final terms of the sale were negotiated.

Scope of Work

Under the oversight of DWC, the owners of Word Market Center were able to sell the property and achieve a modified loan.

The property was sold and the Receiver was discharged.
